RUSSO’S NEW YORK PIZZERIA & ITALIAN KITCHEN
Description
Russo’s New York Pizzeria®, famous for authentic New York-style pizza, was founded in 1992 by Chef Anthony Russo, the son of first-generation Italian-American immigrants.
It was Russo’s desire to share his family’s rich culinary history and passed-down recipes with guests across the world. Russo’s has grown to two chef-driven casual Italian restaurant brands with the introduction of Russo’s Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen® in 2008 and has nearly 50 locations in the U.S. and Middle East. In 2016, the company launched a line of frozen gourmet pizzas in domestic grocery stores.
From pear tomatoes specially grown on a California farm exclusively for Russo’s famous sauces to imported cheese, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Italy, no detail is too small to create a truly authentic Italian culinary experience using clean, fresh, quality ingredients and family recipes prepared in-house. That’s the Russo Family Promise, “If it isn’t fresh, don’t serve it.”
