David is the Founder and CEO of Kydon Group since 2012 with the vision to build the human capacity so that man may live a dignified and abundant life. Kydon does this by empowering learners to build his capacity for work, partnering like-minded people for life impact, enabled by technology to scale, sustain and adapt across nations. Kydon’s subsidiary includes LEARNTech Asia, ZilLearn, and the Digital Learning and Engagement Transformation Office. David is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and exited two companies. A future-focused leader with 2 decades of expertise in driving EdTech innovations, David is a sought-after expert in this growing sector. David spent his early career in the government before becoming an entrepreneur. He founded ZilLearn in 2019 to provide a global home for learning content creation and publishing, combined with job-skills market insights and personalised learning pathways with a target to impact 100m lives by 2025. David received his BA from NUS (Singapore), MSc in Instructional Systems from Florida State University (USA), Grad-Dip in Education Leadership from NIE (Singapore), and Grad-Dip in Organisational Development from the Civil Service College (Singapore). David currently serves as a Council member for the Singapore Institute of Adult Learning, and a Board member of CampusImpact, a Singapore Social Service Agency.
