Dickson Low has more than 30 years of experience in Management for various F&B Industries mainly in Singapore and Malaysia. Dickson is a co-founder for the 1st company brand call The Manhattan FISH MARKET. He conceptualizes and created the overall menu, operational flow and the final service delivery to the ultimate customer.
Dickson started Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants in Singapore, Tony Roma’s restaurants, TR FireGrill, Nice Catch Seafood, Dapolah and New York Steak Shack in Malaysia. Dickson is also the Chief Innovation Officer for adding new brands to the Revenue Valley Group. Dickson has led the Group's growth over the last 18 years.
The Manhattan FISH MARKET has won the Top Award as Franchise Brand of The Year for Malaysia in 2016 and 2017 consecutively. The brand is in 14 countries via Franchise arrangement. Dickson is on The Board for Franchise and Licensing Association since 2016.
