Mohamed Ibrahim (Moe) is a successful Muslim businessman, hotelier and restaurateur. Moe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Deelish Brands, a restaurant management company that brings established restaurant brands from all over the world, including Fatburger, to Southeast Asia. He prides himself in bringing premium, quality burgers to Singapore foodies.

After university graduation, Ibrahim rose to the position of Vice President at the leading financial advisory and asset management company Lazard. In 2002, Ibrahim ventured out to set up 3 Degrees Asset Management, an investment management firm. He launched an award-winning Asian distressed assets hedge fund, The Asian Debt Fund. In this period, Ibrahim clinched many awards such as ‘20 Rising Stars of Hedge Funds – Institutional Investors’ Magazine (2007).

Moving on to the hospitality sector actively from 2012, Ibrahim acquired and assumed position of President Director at Bintan Lagoon Resort, a 500-room Indonesian resort with 2 golf courses and 14 restaurants. Ibrahim established Mozaic Hotels & Resorts to handle the sales, marketing and public relations aspects of the business. To improve the resort’s occupancy, he constructed an international ferry terminal at the resort, complete with customs and immigration. Ibrahim then launched Mozaic Ferry Lines, a ferry service that operated between Singapore and the resort’s dedicated terminal, making it the only resort in Indonesia accessible directly by international ferry. Ibrahim built a convention center with capacity for several thousand delegates, the largest in the region.

While working in resorts, Ibrahim fell in love with the restaurant business. In late 2017, he founded Deelish Brands, a franchise management company. Ibrahim’s Deelish Brands has a mission to bring the world’s most loved, trusted and fastest growing restaurant brands to Southeast Asia. Ibrahim’s vision is to be the leading player in the halal fast casual restaurant space in Southeast Asia.
