Susan Su is the Expert Member of Franchise Council, China. She introduced the "Digital Franchise Era" in 2017 and illustrated the differences between Digital Franchise, Business Model Franchise, and Product & Brand Franchise through case studies. Susan authored the book "Franchise Best Practice in China" in 2009 and translated "From Ice Cream to the Internet: How to Build a Successful Franchise System" into Chinese.
She served as Chief Editor for the annual China Franchise Development Report and published influential articles. Susan actively participated in formulating national franchising regulations and standards and acted as the main lecturer for franchise training under national commercial authorities. She also represented China at international franchise conferences, making significant contributions to the industry's growth and development.
