In 2014, our journey began with a simple yet powerful motivation: to provide brands with additional sales channels. Traditional supermarkets charged exorbitant fees for shelf space, making it difficult for suppliers to establish their own stores. While the idea of selling products online seemed promising, the high costs associated with online advertising proved to be a major obstacle.
To overcome these challenges, we turned to unmanned technologies, particularly vending machines. They presented a cost-effective solution with their low operating expenses and flexibility. However, the existing vending machines in the market lacked the versatility required to meet the diverse demands of both suppliers and consumers.
That's when we decided to take matters into our own hands and create our revolutionary solution: the CloudRetail Machine.
