Founded in 1991, Crystal Jade is a Singapore-based Michelin-starred culinary brand with MICHELIN one star (Singapore) for three consecutive years (2016 – 2018) and multiple MICHELIN Bib Gourmand awards commendations (Shanghai and Hong Kong).
Committed to preserving the rich traditions of Chinese cuisine, the group’s portfolio of specialty dining concepts ranging from fine dining to casual dining, quick service restaurants and specialty bakeries.
In 2014, L Catterton Asia, the private equity arm of LVMH Moët Hennessy – Louis Vuitton officiated a 90% stake buy in Crystal Jade. Later in June 2015, Standard Chartered Private Equity (SCPE) announced its investment in the group as well.
To date, the award-winning group owns and operates over 100 outlets in 30 major cities across Asia Pacific and have over 4,500 staff across the region, serving more than 2 million diners every month.
