The vision behind Global Franchise Alliance (GFA) originated from the demand of franchisors and franchisees alike, to work with a franchise consulting group that fully understood their requirements regardless of the market and region they are looking to develop. This understanding is driven by alliance members owning and/or investing in franchise brands themselves. Most franchise consultants simply consult. Few invest in and/or own franchise concepts.
We formed GFA to offer seamless service, across the globe, pulling together resources, experience, and market-specific knowledge so our clients can reduce the number of global relationships they are managing, without losing any of the local knowledge that is so important.
We continue to add on additional local market expertise, via senior franchise executives looking to major franchise consulting firms already in operation. In doing so, GFA can help our clients grow regardless of the market or direction of their geographical expansion.
