With over 65 staff and 25 trusted partners across the region forming the backbone of our business, we are able to identify, train and place the right helper according to the needs of families.

We have fostered long-standing relationships with 25 trusted agency partners across Indonesia, Philippines and Myanmar.  This allows us to identify from a stable pool of at least 700 helpers to match the needs of families. 

 

MDW training & Engagement 

Our multi-faceted training program arms helpers with a range of skills from infant care, cooking, housekeeping to elderly care that will serve them well at home. 

 

Genuinely caring for helpers’ welfare, we also keep helpers happy by continually engaging them through a slew of recreational events. After all, happy helpers create happy families!   

 

Digital Tools 

Bucking traditional ways of working, Homekeeper eliminates the need for tedious paperwork and multiple face-to-face meetings by embracing digitalisation.  

 

From MDW interviews and explaining and signing of e-contracts to online payment transfers, we have digitalised the process so customers no longer need to make multiple trips to brick-and-mortar branches.  

 

We also leverage an enterprise resource planning system that enables us to run our day-to-day operations efficiently.
