After graduating from the University of Hawaii in Travel Industry Management, Anthony started his career in the F&B industry at the Hyatt Singapore as Corporate Management Trainee in 1984. He stayed with the Hyatt Singapore rising to become Assistant Director of F&B before relocating to open Grand Hyatt Taipei in 1989, and ending his hotel career as F&B Executive Assistant Manager at Hyatt Aryaduta Jakarta in 1990.

With 36 years of experience under his sleeves, Anthony Wong is undoubtedly a prominent player in Singapore’s F&B scene. His F&B journey began with a humble joint - Hot Stones Steak and Seafood Restaurant. The success of Hot Stones prompted him to open two more concepts within a span of three years, this then propelled him to establish the holding company - Creative Eateries. Today, Anthony has created 19 different restaurant concepts and 2 catering arms in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. Creative Eateries now manages 4 restaurant divisions that includes Western, Thai, Japanese and Chinese concepts that spread over 44 outlets and an extensive catering arm.  Creative Eateries is known for its ability to create innovative new concepts while adapting the existing brands to the current market conditions and staying relevant to the ever-changing consumer demand.
