Bernard Ng is the Co-founder and Director of KC Group of Companies, the largest hair and beauty chain in Singapore with close to 200 retail outlets. This year, they have also expanded Kskin into overseas markets.
With 10 brands under their umbrella, Bernard has been responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of the group since graduating from NTU Accountancy with 1st Class honours in 2005. As a successful franchisor of 4 of their brands, namely Kcuts, Kskin, Clippers Barber and Smoovee Skin, Bernard has been instrumental in the growth of many of their franchisees, with some owning multiple outlets.
Bernard is humbled to share his knowledge and experience in franchising and business strategy.
