Datuk Dr. Radzali Hassan is the Group Managing Director of Harta Maintenance Sdn. Bhd and has extensive experience since 1980s in the field of Corporate and Business Management & Administration. Harta's core business is in the field of Integrated Facility Management and operations of various facilities including Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, Institutional, Domestic and Municipality support services.
Appointed as the Chairman of the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) in 2017 as to date. Graduating from the Warsaw Management University with a Doctorate in Business Administration, Datuk also has completed his education with the University Institute for International and European Studies under the Swiss School of Management and the International Teaching University of Georgia. In addition, Datuk is a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Management, Alumni of the Harvard Business School Malaysia and the East-West Centre (Hawaii, USA).
Datuk has been active with the association for a long time and among his involvement too in other Associations as he sits on the Franchise Advisory Board under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Costs of Living (KPDNHEP), Chairman of Yayasan Modal lnsan Harta (YMIH), Chairman of QDOS Technology Sdn. Bhd., Chairman of QDOS Flexicircuits Sdn. Bhd., Director of QDOS Holdings Bhd and many more corporations.
Datuk has been honoured with the title of Kesatria Setia Diraja, Persekutuan (Federal ) in 1997, Darjah Mulia Seri Melaka (2008) and Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (D.S.P.N), Pulau Pinang (2013).
