Paul Reuter is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for Orangetheory Fitness International. He joined the company in 2011 in its earliest stages after several years as an owner and multi-unit operator for highly successful franchise brands, including Massage Envy and Golds Gym International. In more than 12 years at Orangetheory, Paul has been instrumental in the growth of the brand to more than 1,500 studios and nearly 1 million members worldwide.
A charismatic and energetic leader with a sharp focus on infrastructure, from process to production, Paul works hand-in-hand with master franchisees, franchise owners and regional managers to drive performance and exceed goals. Today, his primary focus is on the growth and success of international studios – driving incremental value through best-in-class systems while improving overall unit-level economics.
