Robin Yeo is a certified management consultant under the Singapore Government’s Practicing Management Consultants (PMC) scheme. He conducts Intellectual Property Business Clinics for the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). He also conducts WSQ-Certified franchise training courses for the Franchising and Licensing Association of Singapore (FLA Singapore).
Robin joined FT Consulting Pte Ltd in February 2007; since joining the company, he has worked on more than 100 consulting projects locally and in overseas markets such as Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. He has consulted for both large and small companies, and new and established businesses.
As a senior consultant In FT Consulting, Robin provides strategic and operational insights into franchising, licensing, intellectual property management business planning, strategy development, branding, marketing and HR management across various industries including education, food and beverage, hospitality, logistics, retail, services and technology.
In his role as regional manager of FT Consulting, he is responsible for developing the company’s business in regional markets such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
In his previous position as Deputy Director of Corporate Marketing in SingTel, Asia’s leading communications group, Robin was responsible for marketing of a comprehensive range of international telephone services to corporate customers and resellers. He helped SingTel maintain its majority market share in the corporate IDD market in the face of aggressive and intense competition.
