Theodora is the Director of Business Development at boutique private equity firm Tembusu Partners, specializing in venture and growth-stage investments in fast-growing markets of Southeast Asia and China. 

Theodora has over 14 years of experience in investment and operator roles in education, retail, consumer and offshore and marine sectors. She is currently Advisor to Safe Space, a digital mental healthcare company.  

Theodora was appointed as a Council Member of the National Youth Council, under the Singapore Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) from 2013 to 2017, and was Singapore Delegate to Youth 20 (Y20) Summit 2014 in Sydney, Australia. She was also actively supporting the Enterprise 50 Association, a network of entrepreneurs of the largest privately-held enterprises in Singapore, from 2009 to 2014.  

As an active volunteer, Theodora is the founding member and former Chairperson of the Young Women’s Leadership Connection (YWLC), a network which aims to empower and connect young women leaders. In 2017, she was appointed District Councillor of the Northeast Community Development Council. She currently serves as a community volunteer at Sengkang, Singapore and is Chairperson of PAP Sengkang North Branch.  

Theodora obtained her MBA from Tsinghua University and MIT Sloan School of Management in 2016 and was a recipient of the Tsinghua University Scholarship. She is a co-founder of the Tsinghua MBA Family Business Club and a Member of Tsinghua X-Lab. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Singapore Management University in 2009 and completed the Executive Program at Singularity University.
