Bryan is an entrepreneurial self-starter and created his first award-winning Digital Agency in 2001, and has since transited through 3 successful acquisitions and mergers. He has over 2 decades of experience in the digital landscape, having developed numerous digital strategies and campaigns for B2C brands such as Ikea, Nikon, Fujitsu, Sony, HP to B2B brands such as EMC, Cisco, Symantec and Dimension Data.
Bryan then moved on to an industry where he has great personal interest - the world of Pop Culture and Entertainment. He co-founded XM Studios, a luxury consumer goods producer for Brands such as Disney, Marvel, Warner Brothers, DC, Hasbro, and Fox. In his role as co-founder and director, he led the business to clinch OCBC's Emerging Enterprise in 2018.
He joined Mighty Jaxx, an Urban Culture collectibles company as Chief Strategy Officer with a focus on driving strategic partnerships, M&A, and company growth strategies. During his tenure, Bryan helped forged licensing partnerships with F1, NBA, Sanrio, Netflix, DHL, Disney and Paramount pictures.
In 2023 Bryan Tan joined listed company COL as CEO for the International Business Center where he is charged with developing international IP Brands. Most recently, he has transited to being Senior Business Advisor for the COL Group as he continues to provide strategic counsel for the board of directors.
He is also serving on the board of advisors for Moduspace, a fast-growing collectibles accessory company.
Apart from keynote speaking at seminars, Bryan has lectured in several tertiary educational institutions such as NIE, NYP and Raffles Institute of Design. He is also a business coach at Singapore Management University, helping local companies scale.

Caleb joined the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Singapore in 2024 as a legal officer and currently serves as the Representative of the WIPO Center in Singapore. In this role, he administers ADR cases, provides procedural guidance, conducts research to address regional needs, and develops tailored dispute resolution policies. He is also responsible for promoting WIPO’s ADR services across the ASEAN region and creating training materials to enhance regional engagement.
Before joining WIPO, Caleb was appointed a Young IP Mediator by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, during which he served as a shadow mediator in a successful IP mediation case.
He has spoken extensively on the benefits of WIPO’s Arbitration and Mediation services at key regional and international events.

Catherine Lee is a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk's Intellectual Property & Technology practice group and Head of the Trademarks, Franchising & Distribution practices. She is also Co-Head of the Licensing practice.
She advises a wide range of clients on the management of their trade mark portfolio around the world as well as on the commercial exploitation of their intellectual property rights. Her scope of experience includes advising on a wide range of commercial matters and assisting clients in their expansion of their businesses out of Singapore. The types of commercial agreements drafted and reviewed by her include franchise agreements, licence agreements, collaboration agreements, distribution agreements and sponsorship agreements across varying industries.

Willie Goh’s gymnastics career began in 2002 as a coach. He later progressed to a managerial role before founding and managing his own gym. Alongside his professional pursuits, Willie has been actively involved in the gymnastics community, notably serving two terms (2007–2010) as an Executive Committee (Exco) member at Singapore Gymnastics, the national governing body for gymnastics in Singapore. Today, he is the Owner and Director of GymKraft, the largest gymnastics facility in Singapore. Since 2016, GymKraft has also expanded its operations into Vietnam.
